The progress tonight was nil. It was such a beautiful evening that we decieded to go flying instead. The tempature was sunny with a temp of about 73F and no wind. Couldn't have ask for a better night. Another reason to fly was to try and help me. I have been smoke & nicotine free for about 67 hours. Found out there is just as many triggers at the field as in the shop, but to this point I am holding on.
